Integrated quality, environment, and safety system

The great attention paid by MEC-NOVA to quality is evident in different aspects: the working method, the certifications obtained, and the quality control instruments. Today, all production machines, quality instruments, and automatic warehouses are connected to the management system, creating a true Industry 4.0 system with high technological content.

The entire company is managed with a fully integrated ERP system for handling all business processes: procurement, raw material and semi-finished goods storage, customer order management, production planning, outsourcing management, testing and quality control, shipping, general and industrial accounting. Operators work under self-control, verifying all in-process details using specific tools provided to them. This allows each operator to produce precision mechanical components that meet the quality standards agreed upon with customers and to document the checks performed even over time.
Upon customer request, MEC-NOVA operates in a "free-pass" mode, providing all necessary documentation to certify final inspections and process control (including test certificates and any PPAP files requested by clients). This approach has enabled MEC-NOVA to build strong customer loyalty, leading to collaborations spanning over thirty years based on mutual acceptance of respective working methods.

• 2 OGP ZIP 450 Multisensor camera measuring machines with a fourth measurement axis and continuous scanning probe Renishaw SP 25.
• 2 optical measuring machines for profiles CONTOUR HommelWerke.
• 1 Taylor Hobson profilometer, model New Intra Touch, with Talyprofile Gold version software for the analysis of shape, profile, roughness, and waviness.
