CNC Milling of complex components
In the mechanical milling department, we manufacture milled components from blanks or for reworking in medium series. The department is equipped with FANUC vertical milling centers - 700x400x300mm and DMG milling centers with a fifth axis and automation.

Milling
Milling operations are performed on 4- and 5-axis machining centers, with a rotating table and continuous fourth axis. We have 21 tools available and work with nanometric interpolation and high-speed rigid tapping.
The CNC milling centers are connected to the Esprit CAD CAM system, which enables dynamic simulation, collision detection, easy data transfer, and fast programming.
The department is equipped with:
• CNC Fanuc milling centers
• DMG Mori Milltap milling centers
All machines are interconnected for production data collection, part program transfer, self-diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. They are also integrated into the Industry 4.0 Management System.
